At XEC Fitness we have a simple proven approach. We deliver maximum results in minimum time (we know how busy you are), through tried & tested exercise plans that burn fat and build lean muscle mass. We improve your metabolic health which underpins both your physical and mental health.
We provide weight management & fitness advice which is:
- Personal fitness and wellbeing must be treated like you treat any business goal. In order to be successful it must be planned, have clear goals and milestones and sufficient time must be allocated to deliver the outcome.
- We recognise that time is a limited resource. At the heart of our fitness program is a foundation programme that demands only three 60 minute training sessions per week.
- Time efficient workouts that boost muscle growth and melt away body fat
- We are focussed on increasing lean body mass (muscle).
- This means that even while resting you are burning more calories and avoiding fat gain.
- As a busy executive we provide you with a way to stay lean and muscular and avoid the fat gain that comes from working long hours in a desk job.
- We know you don’t have time for long periods in the gym, let alone 6 mile road runs.
- We are aiming to develop sleek, strong, lean physiques of the sprinter or power athlete.
- The origins of the programme are an amalgamation of power lifting & strength training programmes as well as the cardiovascular benefits of martial arts conditioning. The initial real-world fat burning results are almost too good to be true.
